Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, October 14, 2025 – Total Fabrication is proud to announce the official acquisition of the assets of Quémar Distribution, the main distributor of its trademarks, with whom it has developed a unique distribution network across the country. This strategic integration marks an important milestone for the company and its retail partners.

Total Fabrication strengthens its sustainable model with the acquisition of Quémar Distribution's assets
Since 2010, Total Fabrication has focused on proximity, transparency, and collaboration. The acquisition of Quémar Distribution aligns with this vision: shortening supply chains, simplifying logistics, reducing packaging and waste at the source, and strengthening direct connections with local retailers.
Through its network of refill stations and deposit-based container system, Total Fabrication has been collecting, washing, sanitizing, and reusing its containers for over 15 years. Every year, millions of single-use plastic bottles are kept out of recycling centers.

A New Milestone in a B Corp–Certified Journey
This announcement comes at a pivotal moment in the history of Total Fabrication. In 2025, the company achieved B Corp certification, an international recognition that attests to its commitment to sustainability, employee well-being, transparency, and social responsibility.
Becoming part of this global community of more than 4,000 purpose-driven companies confirms that Total Fabrication’s mission goes beyond economic performance alone. It is rooted in human values: trust, collaboration, and a constant pursuit of positive impact on the community.
An Acquisition Aligned with Our Values and Vision for the Future
Beyond organizational structure, this acquisition represents a concrete action in support of local and sustainable growth. By integrating Quémar Distribution, Total Fabrication strengthens its commitment to:
-
Sustainable innovation: by optimizing its processes to reduce its environmental footprint.
-
Accessible quality: by ensuring greater consistency and availability of products.
-
Local economy: by supporting long-term regional jobs and partnerships.
This step aligns seamlessly with the company’s mission: to build a model where people, the environment, and transparency guide every decision.
