Shipping

Shipping is usually done by Purolator, within 72 hours after purchase, from our plant located in Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, QC. For remote areas, please add 2 to 5 business days.

Provinces of Canada other than Quebec and Ontario

If our shipping team tells us that your destination is considered remote by our carrier service, we won't be able to deliver your order as it is. Our customer experience will contact you to find a solution. Please note that additional charges may apply.

We reserve the right to refund orders whose shipping costs are too high. You will be notified of any cancellation.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with a Purolator tracking number. Go to the web site and enter the number indicated. It is therefore important that you enter your email address or cell phone number when you place your order.
