Coordinator – Customer Service and Marketing

Location: Total Fabrication / The Eco Shop
Status: Full time (35-40 hours, face-to-face)

Job Summary

The Customer Service – Marketing Coordinator is at the heart of Total Fabrication's customer experience and brand development. She ensures a privileged connection between consumers, merchants, and the internal team, while also managing La Shop Écolo's social media channels. A true ambassador for customer satisfaction and digital communication, she actively contributes to the company's influence and its eco-responsible values.

Main responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer questions, comments and requests via phone, email and social media.
  • Manage claim files and ensure prompt follow-ups with customers, carriers and shipping.
  • Maintain and develop lasting relationships with customers and merchants.
  • Participate in the implementation of customer relationship management policies and tools.
  • Collaborate with service activities in the La Shop Écolo store (occasional replacement).

Marketing and Communications

  • Manage and run La Shop Écolo's social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok): planning, creating, writing and publishing content.
  • Write and distribute newsletters.
  • Participate in the creation of promotional material (photos, videos, visuals, blogs).
  • Update product information and availability on online stores.
  • Contribute to internal and external communication initiatives, in line with values and brand image.
  • Participate in the company's promotional campaigns and event activities.

Skills and qualities sought

  • Experience in customer service and/or digital community management.
  • Proficiency in social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and interest in new digital trends.
  • Bilingual French/English (oral and written).
  • Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and versatility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Meticulousness, rigor and proactivity.
